2. Welding procedure

The workpiece is hoisted, the positioning is adjusted, and the welding program is set; and the gantry is driven by double motors, and the suspension head moves to the workpiece, so that the two welding torches are aligned with the welding bead position; press the welding button to start forward at the preset welding speed drive, 2 welding torches perform swing welding on 2 welds at the same time; during the welding process, the weld seam tracking system performs real-time tracking according to the change of the weld seam, and corrects the welding torch; after the welding is completed, lift the welding torch and lift the workpiece.
