GZQ-2 Weld Seam Tracking System

GZQ-II weld seam tracking system consists of three parts: sensor, control system and actuator.The mechanical probe contacts the workpiece and collects the vertical and horizontal variation signals of the welding bevel and the workpiece. Through the controller's processing, calculation and conversion, the X-axis and Y-axis slide linkage welding torch is controlled to perform precise follow-up.

GZQ-II weld seam tracking system consists of three parts: sensor, control system and actuator.

3. use and scope of application

  1. Track the shape of the weld in real time, correct the position of the X and Y axis of the welding torch in time according to the condition of the weld bead, automatically control the welding process and improve the welding quality.
  2. High control accuracy, fast response, suitable for welding methods such as CO2, MIG, SAW and welding forms.
  3. It is easy to use with special equipment (longitudinal joints, circular seam welding) of various semi-automatic welding manipulators to achieve automatic welding.

Work environment

  • The product should be placed in a place away from direct sunlight, dry ventilation, and dust-free environment. Gas vapor, chemical deposition, mold, and other explosive and corrosive media should be avoided as much as possible. It should be kept away from severe and bumpy conditions.
  • To avoid strong electromagnetic radiation and high-frequency interference, the distance between the control box placement position and the welding torch should be maintained at 1.5 meters or more.
