Chain Flipping Positioner

The purpose of the chain rotator is to rotate and position parts with planar sections. Positioning is achieved according to the rotating part on the endless chain to form the desired welding edge. The height of workpieces placed on the machine can be adjusted. This provides convenience for the operator during the welding process.

The product consists of housing, chain drive system, electrical panel and remote control operating unit, providing optimal structural protection.

The operator can rotate the chain mounted components clockwise or counterclockwise with precision, alignment and ease. They can also be moved down or up to provide the desired height. The chain swivel consists of 2 drive units. The number of units can be increased according to application and weight conditions.

Both units making up the chain rotator group are driven and the two units can operate synchronously or independently. Therefore, the angular height of the workpiece can be adjusted.

BOTA includes 1 to 20 ton chain rotators in its standard list.
