The main function of the BHBY type Welding Positioner is to realize the welding seam in different positions in the welding position by turning the worktable, and drive the workpiece to rotate at the welding speed through the rotation of the worktable, so that the welding seam coaxial with the rotation center can be welded or assembled.

2.Structure and Features

BHBY Welding Positioner is mainly composed of slewing mechanism, turning mechanism, electric control system, frame and so on.

a) Rotation of the table

1. The rotary mechanism is mainly composed of a rotary table, a rotary support, a transmission mechanism, and a box-shaped beam.

2. The workbench is a welded structure, and the surface of the disk is processed with a number of radioactive "T" grooves for fixing the workpiece. At the same time, the workbench is processed with multiple ring-shaped concentric circles to facilitate the centering of the workpiece.

3. The workbench is fixed on the slewing support to ensure stable rotation. The slewing bearing is used for bearing, which has the characteristics of large carrying capacity and high slewing precision.

4. The slewing bearing adopts "single volleyball type slewing bearing" and is produced by a professional manufacturer (Zhaoyuan Jinxing). It has the advantages of reasonable structure, good rigidity, light weight and long life. The slewing ring is designed with a full sealing device made of heat-resistant rubber, so that the lubricating oil will not leak, and the external dust cannot enter the slewing ring and damage the slewing ring. It is suitable for use in welding environments with relatively harsh working environments.

5. The rotation of the worktable is driven by the AC frequency conversion brake motor through the helical gear worm reducer (Wuxi Laidesheng), and the output pinion of the reducer meshes with the slewing bearing to drive the rotation of the worktable. When the workpiece is under the rated load, the dual self-locking performance of the motor brake and the worm gear ensures that any position can be locked. The rear stage of the worm gear reducer, so as to ensure its good self-locking performance. The helical gear worm gear reducer has the characteristics of large load capacity and strong impact resistance.

6. The driving pinion is made of 40CrMnMo material, and has been quenched and tempered, and the tooth surface is quenched. The quenching hardness: HRC42-45°, so as to meet the high-strength transmission.

7. The drive motor adopts Wuxi Laidesheng AC frequency conversion brake motor to ensure constant torque output within a wide speed range.

8. The entire driving device is equipped with a protective cover to ensure that external dust cannot enter the interior of the transmission system.

9. The entire slewing mechanism is installed on a box-shaped structure weldment, the beam is used to support the workpiece, and the weight of the workpiece is transmitted to the brackets on both sides through the beam, which must bear a certain impact load and twisting force. The box-shaped structure can effectively carry and resist torsion. The box-shaped weldment is processed after tempering after welding, and the inside and outside are arranged with reinforcing ribs according to the stress situation. The crossbeam and the turning mechanism are connected by bolts and pins.

b) Turnover of the workbench

1. The turning of the workbench is driven by the AC brake motor, which is driven by the AC motor through the bipolar worm gear reducer. The output pinion of the reducer meshes with the turning gear, thereby driving the turn of the rotary mechanism and driving the workbench to do 0-120° The front tilting movement within a certain range, through the double self-locking performance of the motor brake and the worm gear, ensures that the workbench can be locked at any position, thus ensuring its good self-locking performance. Bipolar worm gear reducer (Wuxi Laidesheng) has the characteristics of large load capacity and strong impact resistance.

3. The two limit positions of the overturning are equipped with reliable limit devices, and the overturning stroke is determined by the travel switch control. C) Electrical control system

1. The control system of each driving motor is installed in the electric control cabinet, which is arranged independently and equipped with a main cable of 10 meters, which is convenient for the operator to operate nearby. In addition, there is an emergency stop button on the manual control box, and the manual control box There is also a suspension device, which can be hung on the positioner frame when not in use.

2. Chint products are used for the low-voltage electrical components of the electric control system, and Wuxi Laidesheng products are used for control cables. All cables are reliably insulated and have external force protection measures, and cable protection sleeves are installed where they rub against metal parts.

3. The driving motor adopts AC frequency conversion speed regulation mode, the frequency converter adopts the products of Taian Company, and the AC motor adopts domestic well-known brands, the speed regulation range is 5-50HZ, the constant torque output, and the speed regulation is stable and reliable.

4. The control system has reliable anti-interference measures, so that the equipment can work normally and stably in the factory building with dense heavy equipment. The system has functions such as overload protection and power-off protection.
